TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo is defined as "the way of the fist and foot."

Some of what taekwondo teaches includes: self defense, self discipline, and self control.  Taekwondo is a training of the mind and body. 

Taekwondo is one of the most popular forms of martial art practiced in the world.  It became an official gold medal sport in 2000 at the Sydney Olympics.
