WHAT IS Cardio Kickboxing?

Cardio Kickboxing is a high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating workout.  It's a non-contact boxing/kick boxing workout that combines the kicks of Taekwondo and punches from boxing. We also implement athletic development drills used by our local national champions.
